About Us

Stafford Gatehouse Theatre is an accessible, thriving venue, offering a wide range of modern facilities in the heart of Stafford.  It homes the town's Tourist Information Centre and a Coffee shop offering freshly baked cakes.

Throughout the season the theatre welcomes a variety of touring professional shows, amateur productions and some of the biggest names on the British comedy circuit.  It is also home to Stafford's only official comedy club, hosted in the MET Studio.

Stafford Gatehouse Theatre produces a professional pantomime each Christmas and one of Europes largest open air Shakespeare festivals.
